AI is now a live conversation with those clients. Two tracks. Both simple.

The partnership covers two distinct areas. They can run independently or together depending on what makes most sense after the follow-up call.

Track 1

Technical Referral and Fulfillment

When a Stratique client needs AI support beyond the marketing layer, Build Your AI handles the technical scoping and delivery. Stratique earns a referral fee on any engagement that closes. No delivery involvement required.

A focused advisory session to help Stratique's team understand the compliance, data governance, and procurement constraints that come up when manufacturing clients ask about AI beyond the marketing layer.

From conversation to closed engagement.

The referral process is designed to be as low-friction as possible for Stratique. Here is what typically happens.

A client conversation surfaces an AI need beyond marketing

This might be a question about automating document review, implementing AI into an engineering workflow, or understanding how to govern AI outputs in a regulated environment. Stratique's team recognises the signal.

Stratique makes a warm introduction

A brief email or call connecting the client with Ali at Build Your AI. No technical detail required from Stratique - just the introduction and a note on the client's sector and the nature of the conversation.

Build Your AI scopes and qualifies independently

Ali takes it from there: a scoping call, a proposal, and, if the client proceeds, full delivery. Stratique is copied in on milestones but not involved in the technical work.

Referral fee paid on engagement close

Build Your AI invoices the client and pays Stratique 10% of the engagement value within 14 days of receipt. A simple shared log tracks all introductions and their status.

What this is not.

To keep the arrangement clean and workable for both sides.

Not a joint venture. No shared entity, no shared liability, no shared IP. Both businesses remain fully independent.
Not exclusive. Stratique can work with other technical partners. Build Your AI can work with other marketing partners.
Not a requirement to understand the technical work. Stratique's team does not need to assess or manage any AI delivery.
Not a replacement for Stratique's existing AI services. The referral track is for needs outside Stratique's current offer, not competing with it.

The intention is to formalise the referral arrangement with a short Heads of Terms document - one or two pages covering the key points below. No complexity until there is revenue that warrants it.
